The incident took place while the woman was chatting with her husband on a webcam and arguing with her husband after the parents of the husband allegedly forced him to call off their wedding and also forced him to send back to her home.

The husband frantically called the woman’s family members but anybody could reach the house in right time.

According to the reports, The couple had secretly married in court but the man’s family did not accept her marriage and living separately, so man’s family allegedly demanded a dowry of Rs. 20 lakh.

The Mumbai police has registered a case of dowry and started investigations, police also seized the laptop and mobile phone for investigation.

Vinay Sharma’s lawyer A. P. Singh claimed that Vinay was rushed to the Nayak Hospital in New Delhi on Tuesday with the chest injuries after he was attacked by the fellow prisoners in Tihar Jail.

A. P. Singh says ” Vinay Sharma was vomiting blood and running a very high fever. He was also suffering from chest pains. He is in a very critical condition”.

The chest pains came after Sharma, 20, was “beaten up and thrashed” by fellow inmates at the maximum-security jail, the lawyer added.

The lawyer said the vomiting had been caused by the “slow poisoning” of his food over a period of several weeks.

A 23-year-old student, who was gang-rape on a bus on December 16, died of her injuries in a Singapore hospital 13 days late.

The dentist couple Nupur and Rajesh Talwar are accused of killing their teenaged daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj on May 16, 2008 in his residence.

The dentist couple reached the apex court challenging the order of the special CBI court rejecting their petition for calling 14 other witnesses. Including ADG (Law and Order) and the then CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar, to record their statements.

The trial court had rejected their plea on May 6 and directed the recording of statements of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, who are the main accused.

Geetika Sharma, 23, Who was found hanging at her home on Ashok Vihar in North Delhi on August 5, 2012. Geetika left behind two suicide notes blaming Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chaddha, Geetika had worked on Kanda’s MDLR Airlines.

The duo, identified as school bus driver Mohd Shamim and helper Asgar Ali, were arrested from south Delhi’s Hauz Khas area after a complaint was filed with the police that they had forced schoolchildren, who travelled in the bus, to watch pornographic clips in their mobile phones.

The school bus driver and helper have been identified as Asgar Ali (28) and Mohammad Shamim (26), who was arrested on Thursday evening after call made to police by the parents of the victims.

A case has been filed against them under section 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences.

The accusers Mohd Shamim and Asgar Ali live at Kotla Mubarakpur area in South Delhi and both are single and the accused employed with the school for the past couple of years.

“On Thursday afternoon, the police received a PCR call in which the caller alleged that the driver and helper of the school bus were showing pornographic clips and molesting the school children travelling in the school bus,” According to a senior police officer.

“The allegation was verified with some other children who use the bus. They confirmed that the two used to show pornographic clips on their mobile phones to some students who are in the age group of 10 to 15 years. Some of the students had also complained to their school teachers about it”.

Suraj Thakur had been re-elected as National Students Union of India (NSUI) President in December 2012. He has been trending on Twitter and YouTube since Monday after the video come into the light.

The boys were arrested on friday, but her girl friend has not been arrested as yet.

The young teen allegedly said the police that the 4 young boys were already at her friend’s home in Mumbai’s Santacruz area when the two girls got there.

The friend, she claimed, offered her the laced drink, which made her unconscious. The boys then took turns to rape her, she has claimed in her complaint.

The victim is at a Mumbai local government hospital and is stable. A medical test has been conducted and report is awaited.

In her complaint to the Mumbai police, the 13-year-old has named her friend and the 4 boys.
