In this case, Aditya Ranka kidnapped by the his cousin Himanshu and his friend Vigesh after losing Rs. 30 lakh in illegal betting in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 6).

Himanshu and his friend Vigesh kidnapped his 13-year-old cousin, hoping to recover the money as ransom from his parents.

However, when the parents of the boy Aditya Ranka approached the police, the accused panicked and brutally killed the child and after the killing accusers tried to burn his body.

The accused also tried to hide the body of Aditya Ranka in Panvel area.

Both accusers Himanshu and Vigesh arrested by the Mumbai police and have confessed their crime

Suraj Thakur had been re-elected as National Students Union of India (NSUI) President in December 2012. He has been trending on Twitter and YouTube since Monday after the video come into the light.

The Supreme Court on Today granted four more weeks to three accusers of 1993 Mumbai blast case to surrender and complete the jail term.

In the Mumbai blast case Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt also gets four more weeks to surrender. He also convicted in the case for illegally possessing firearms.

The extension was given to Anjum Abdul Rajjak, Altaf Ali Sayeed and Yusuf Nulwalla, According to reports.

The apex court aprooved its order in response to their plea seeking more time to surrender on humanitarian grounds in blast case.

The court also agreed to hear Zaibunissa Kazi, and two other convicts’ plea for more time to surrender later today.

Thane Police Commissioner KP Raghuvanshi said, “Rescue operation is on. Our first priority was to rescue as many people we can. Twenty nine people are reportedly dead. It was a newly made building. Efforts are on to nab the builders.”

RA Rajeev said that the building was built on forest land and also two notices were sent to the building. “We had repeatedly asked the forest department to take action. We had asked MSEB to cut electricity to the building. We have issued total notices to about 250 illegal buildings in this belt. We try forcibal removal. It is not easy. Also its a congested area our equipment is unusable here,” said Rajeev.

Thane civic officials said, the dead involved a pregnant woman too, who has been identified as Shakila Imran Siddiqui. She was brought to CSM Hospital with foetus hanging out from her abdomen.

The incident too place at around 6:30 pm, the injured were admitted to various hospitals. More than a dozen fire tenders along with over 24 ambulances were positioned at the site of the accident.

The operations were carried out within the supervision of Civic Commissioner RA Rajeev and District Collector P Velarasu.

The explosion took place at around 2 am in an aluminium moulding factory’s warehouse that led to the collapse of a compound wall, an official of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Disaster Control unit said.

The injured, identified as Bhaiyalal (25), Amit Harijan (27) and Mangesh Patel (30), have been admitted to the Rajawadi Hospital in Ghatkopar.

The cause of the explosion could not be known as cops told they were still investigating in the case.

Under the section, any person, who is charged with offences involving a small quantity of narcotic drugs and who voluntarily seeks to undergo medical treatment from a de-addiction cetre, can be given resistance. Hussain suggested he had undergone de-addiction at government-run hospital.
