SELECTION PROCEDURE :-
1. Depending on the number of vacancies, candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for positions in MMG/S II shall be called for written test wherever Bank may deem necessary.However, for the purpose of interview, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for GD and/or personal interview in the ratio of 1:4 for General category and 1:5 for SC/ST/OBC candidates. c) Only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit in Common Written Examination (CWE) for Recruitment of Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS on 11.03.2012, as per the cut-off marks decided by the Bank will be called for the Interview without verification of their age or qualification or category or any other eligibility criteria with relevance to documents and will be purely on provisional basis, on the strength of the information provided by them in the online application.
d) All candidates called for Interview, will have to produce originals as well as attested photocopies of the prescribed certificates in support of their educational qualification, experience, date of birth, caste, score card issued by IBPS, etc.
e) In case of candidates belonging to OBC / OBC-Minority category, the OBC certificate in the format as prescribed by theGovt. of India and issued by the Competent Authority inter-alia must specify that the candidate does not belong to“CREAMY LAYER” section excluded from the benefits of reservations for OBCs in Civil Post and Services under Government of India.
f) Candidates claiming to have work experience, if called for interview, will have to produce documentary proof of Work experience certificates relevant to the post applied for, for the period mentioned in the Application Form, from their employers, clearly stating the periods and nature of employment/ duties. Copies of appointment Offer Letter, Salary certificates, etc.,
g) Candidates serving in Government /Quasi Government Offices/Public Sector Undertakings including Nationalized Bank,Financial Institutions will be required to produce “No Objection Certificate” from the employer at the time of interview failing which the candidature may not be considered.
h) While appearing for the Interview, the candidates should produce photo identity such as PAN Card / Passport / Driving License / Voters Card / Bank Pass Book with Photograph / Photo embossed Credit Card for verification.
i) An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the discharge certificate / pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last / presently held ( substantive as well as acting ) at the time of Interview.

General Instructions:

c) Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. How to Apply: Apply Online at SBI A candidate can apply for only one post under this project.The Process of Registration of Application is complete only when fee is deposited with the Bank through off-line/on-line mode on or before the prescribed last date for fee submission.The candidates are requested to ensure before applying that they fulfill strictly the eligibility criteria (viz. age, qualification and post-qualification experience)for the post as on the date of eligibility. Admission to written test will be purely provisional without verification of age/qualification/category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) etc. of the candidates with references to documents. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents of the candidate when they reportfor the personal interview.Candidates, applying for a particular post where two or more banks have shown vacancies, should submit only one application for any bank mentioned in column D against the post. Preference of Banks will be taken at the time of interview. Allotment of Bank will be done on the basis of ranking of the candidate in the merit list.

h. To be eligible for being short-listed for interview, candidate have to score equal to or above the Cut-off marks to be decided by the Bank for the PK test, besides scoring equal to or more than the Minimum qualifying marks in other tests.

i. Merit List for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in PK test and interview or interview only, as the case may be.Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for.
