Born on 15 May, 1967, the dancing diva Madhuri Dixit is one of the most loved and popular person in the film industry. The filmaker Ram Gopal Verma made a film as a tribute to her known as “Main madhuri dixit banna chahti hoon”. She is popular for her million dollar smile.
In 1999, she married the US based Dr. Sriram Madhav Nene breaking millions of hearts around the globe especially in India. In her 28 years career, She only linked with her Khalnayak and Saajan co-star Sanjay Dutt.

Madhuri Dixit began her career with Rajshri productions Abodh in 1984. She delivered hits like Tezaab, Ram Lakhna, Prem Pratigya, Hum Apke Hain Koun, Raja, Dil to Pagal Hai, Dil, Saajan, 100 days, Beta, Khalnayak, Pukar, Devdas.
She won 11 major awards and 26 nominations. She became the actress of the millennium in 2000. In Guinness Book of Records Millennium versions she is revealed as the highest paid Indian actress.
Madhuri, obtained the Padma Shri for her contribution to Indian cinema in 2008.
She became the Zeenews Best actress ever in 2003. She won the BBC poll of best actress ever. She became the Rediff best actress ever.
Madhuri was honoured by with a wax statue at Madame Tussauds in 2012.

In 2007 he booked an entire theatre to see her return film Aaja Nachle. He made a series of paintings of her, and in 2000 made a film known as Gaja Gamini starring her, which was intended as a tribute to Dixit herself.
