The Nawab Booked Under Section 325
Mumbai: Post the slapgate and the much hyped drama between Shirish Kunder and Shah Rukh Khan, another Khan is in the news for wrong reasons. This time round it is none other than the Nawab of Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan.
The ‘Love Aaj Kal’ star was included in a scuffle on Tuesday night at the Taj Palace in Colaba in Mumbai.
The actor supposedly got into an argument with a businessman called Iqbal Sharma and leaving him with a bloddy nose. Iqbal is also said to have suffered a hairline frature.
Based to sources, Saif was in the hotel for dining with his friends when the incident took place. It is still not clear whether the actor’s girlfriend, Kareena Kapoor was present at the spot.
There was a huge altercation before a full blown out fight. Security guards intervened to stop the quarrel. Investigations are on to know if more people were involved in the fight.
On Wednesday morning, Iqbal went and lodged a issue against the actor and two others at the Colaba police station after he was booked under section 325.
However, so far there is only the businessman’s version of the story. Saif is expected to report to the police station and clear his stand on the issue.
