Vidya Balan, Ranbir Kapoor, AR Rahman Win the Awards
Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vidya Balan picked the best actors’ prizes at the star-studded 7th edition of Chevy Apsara Awards here Thursday evening for their efficiency in Rockstar and The Filthy Image respectively. The best film prize went to Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and Zoya Akhtar won the best manager for the film. Her actor-filmmaker sister Farhan Akhtar took house the best assisting acting professional prize for the film too. The best assisting celebrity prize went to Priyanka Chopra’s relation Parineeti Chopra, for her illustration of a fizzy, vibrant, ruined Delhi young lady in Women Vs Ough Bahl. The act also packaged the best debutant (female) prize for her. The best debutant (male) honor went to lower acting professional Rana Daggubati for his first Bollywood venture Dum Maro Dum..
The best choreography trophy was picked by Bosco-Caesar for the peppy title track of Desi Boyz. Irshad Kamil picked the best lyrics award for Naadaan parindey from the film Rockstar, while the best music award went to Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman for the same film. Mohit Chauhan, who became the voice of Ranbir’s character in Rockstar walked away with the best singer (male) award for the cult song Saadda haq. Among the females, Shreya Ghoshal took the honour for her rendition of romantic number Teri meri from the movie Bodyguard.
Irshad Kamil picked the best lyrics award for Naadaan parindey from the film Rockstar, while the best music award went to Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman for the same film. Mohit Chauhan, who became the speech of Ranbir’s personality in Rockstar strolled away with the best musician (male) award for the cult song Saadda haq. Among the females, Shreya Ghoshal took the honor for her version of enchanting variety Teri meri from the film Security guard.
