And soon a similar bromance would be seen on Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as the channel has roped in King of  stand-up Comedy Kapil Sharma who will join Manish Paul to host the JDJ.

The show has always been a hit among the masses and the coming season 7 is getting all the more popularity owing to the names of Drashti Dhami, Siddharth Shukla, Aarti Chabaria, Shaan related with it.

To spice up the enjoyment quotient and to tickle’ The audiences’ funny bones, Kapil Sharma and Manish Paul have been signed for the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. This will be for the 1st time on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa that duo of guys will be hosting a season.

Kapil Sharma saying, “Yes, I am hosting the show but I am not if I will be hosting it with Manish or Bharti Singh. Hosting is something that I enjoy doing and I can host any kind of show I feel. JDJ is a great opportunity and I am looking forward to hosting the reality show.”

Bollywood Producer-director Karan Johar was one of the three judges on the the show that concluded on September 30, 2012, confirmed the news on Twitter. Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 6 coming up.

Karan Johar along with dancing Madhuri Dixit and Remo D’Souza judged Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 with Karan in which television actor Gurmeet Choudhary of Punar Vivaah fame had won the competition of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5.

Madhuri Dixit, who is busy shooting for Dedh Ishqiya, is also likely to make a return for the 6th season. There is no word on whether Remo D’Souza will join the duo or not, said reports.

The new show Ek Thi Naayka is a fascinating eight-part promotional series for Vishal Bhardwaj and Balaji Motion Pictures’ forthcoming paranormal thriller – Ek Thi Daayan starring Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin, Konkona Sen Sharma and Huma.

This weeks time audiences will be treated to a Lucknow based tale starring Aamna Shariff and Bhanu Uday along with a amaze entry by Huma Qureshi, who plays a friend to the couple and helps them out of the misery.

Meanwhile, Huma Qureshi has completed shooting for the show and the actress was seen connecting well with her co-star Aamna. Ek Thhi Naayka airs on Life OK, has featured best Television actresses including Shweta Tiwari, Mauli Ganguly, Ankita Lokhande and Smriti Irani, in previous episodes.

The show Bani… Ishq DA Kalma premiered on March 18th, 2013 (Monday) on Colors TV. Bani is a story that’s motivated from the lives of several women who are married to non-residential Indian. The tagline of the show – Hazaro betiyaan Punjab ki … byaah kar bhi na hui bida… – encapsulates the entire theme of Gurbani.

It is not the story but the name of the show that has raised many eyebrows and has not struck the right chord with the All India Sikh Student Federation (AISSF). According to them, ‘Gurbani’ signifies the sacred scriptures of the Sikhs – the words of the Guru. “Whether only Sikhs are NRIs? If no, then why this serial is made only on Sikhs? And why it is titled as Gurbani?”

It will be interesting to know if the name or plot of the show on Colors changes or not.

Pratyusha says Pratyusha said, “Yes, my journey has ended in Balika Vadhu. It’s been an emotional journey wherein I have grown as an actor and a person.”

“The show is progressing towards the high point focusing on Shiv-Anandi’s married life. Given the hectic shooting schedules the show demands at this stage, Pratyusha has been unable to commit the required time. Therefore, we have mutually agreed to part ways. We understand Pratyusha’s perspective and wish her all the best for her future endeavours,” spokesperson said.

Well, all are curious to know the reason behind her quitting the show. She said, “My mom has been unwell and even undergone an operation recently. So I have to take care of her. Furthermore, I was not being able to devote ample time and telecast issues were cropping up. Hence we decided amicably that it would be better for everyone if I moved on.”

Sources had also heard of Pratyusha being offered a film by Mahesh Bhatt. She said, “That is past now and I obviously cannot be a part of it now. I will be on a break for a month or two and later will look for projects. Films may be in a year’s time.”

Pratyusha even went on to participate in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa show, but she couldn’t be on the show for long due to health issues.
