Belief in God has been found to significantly improve treatment for people suffering with this psychiatric illness. This has been proved by a research conducted at Mclean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts.</p>
<p>This Study was conducted by David H Rosmarin, McLean Hospital clinician and instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. “Our work suggests that people with a moderate to high level of belief in a higher power do significantly better in short-term psychiatric treatment than those without, regardless of their religious affiliation.” Belief was associated with not only improved psychological wellbeing, but decreases in depression and intention to self-harm,&#8221; said Rosmarin.</p>
<p>The researchers observed and studied 159 patients over a span of 1 year to understand their belief in God and the outcome of such belief on their mental health. The study has been complied and published in the Journal of Affective Disorders wherein each subject (participant) was asked to express their belief in God along with the presumption of the treatment they were undergoing on a scale of 5 point.</p>
<p>Atleast 30% of the patients who had a strong or moderate belief in the almighty with no religious alliance consider betterment in the treatment, whereas patients who had a mild or no belief in God had a likeliness of not reciprocating to the treatment.</p>
<p>&#8220;Given the prevalence of religious belief in the United States &#8211; over 90 per cent of the population &#8211; these findings are important in that they highlight the clinical implications of spiritual life. I hope that this work will lead to larger studies and increased funding in order to help as many people mass possible,&#8221; Rosmarin said.</p>
<p>The researchers thus accomplish that,” Belief in God is associated with improved treatment outcomes in psychiatric care. More centrally, our results suggest that belief in the credibility of psychiatric treatment and increased expectations to gain from treatment might be mechanisms by which belief in God can impact treatment outcomes”.</p>

<p>The research led by Edralin Lucas, Ph.D., associate professor of nutritional sciences at Oklahoma State University, examined the effects of daily mango consumption on medical parameters and body composition in obese subjects (body mass index, BMI = 30kg/m2).</p>
<p>Twenty adults (11 males and 9 females) participated in the study, which involved everyday dietary supplementation with 10 grams of freeze dried mango (equivalent to around 100 grams of fresh mango, according to Dr. Lucas) for 12 weeks.</p>
<p>Blood sugar levels at the final result of the study were significantly lower than the baseline in both male and females. There were no important changes in body composition for either gender, and BMI rose significantly in females.</p>
<p>The study advised that mango polyphenols might restrict inflammatory response in both cancerous and non-cancerous breast cells.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients for Chilli Paneer</strong></p>
<p>Green Capsicum, sliced lengthwise &#8211; 1</p>
<p>Oil &#8211; 2-3 tbsp</p>
<p>Cheese (Paneer) - 250 gms</p>
<p>Crushed garlic &#8211; 3-4 flakes</p>
<p>Soya sauce &#8211; 2-3 tsp</p>
<p>Green chillies &#8211; 2-3</p>
<p>Thickly sliced onions &#8211; 1 big</p>
<p>Chilly sauce &#8211; 1 tbsp</p>
<p>Tomato sauce &#8211; 1 tbsp</p>
<p>Black pepper &#8211; 1 tsp</p>
<p>Garam Masala &#8211; 1 tsp</p>
<p>Salt to taste</p>
<p><strong>Method of Chilly Paneer</strong></p>
<p>Cut the cottage cheese into medium sized chunks. Heat oil in a pan, roll the pieces of cheese in some of cornflour and deep fry on medium flame until the edges turn light brown color.</p>
<p>Take out the cheese cubes and keep aside. Now add garlic and green chilly in same oil, fry for a minute. Add onion and stir lightly.</p>
<p>Onion should become little crunchy, add capsicum (Green Pepper / Shimla mirch) and stir for a minute. Add black pepper, salt, garam masala and mix in.</p>
<p>Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix. Stir for few minutes. Finally add fried paneer cubes to the mixture. Tasty chilly paneer is completely ready to serve at home.</p>

<p>-Soak sago in a cup of water for 1 hour.</p>
<p>-Drain and keep aside.</p>
<p>-Peel and grate boiled potatoes.</p>
<p>-Add the deseeded and chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander, onion, chopped curry leaves, drained sago, salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder.</p>
<p>-Mix well with a wooden spoon.</p>
<p>-Divide into 16 portions and shape into round patties, using a little oil on your palms.</p>
<p>-Deep fry the patties until they are crisp and golden brown.</p>
<p>-Serve with tomato ketchup.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">-Ripe mangoes -2</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Red pepper-1</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Green pepper -1</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Jalapeno-1</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Cucumber-1</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Green chilies – 2</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Coriander – handful</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Lemon – 1</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">-Salt – to taste</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong> take the ripe mangoes and chopped  them. Chopped the cucumber, green chilies, coriander and mix the red pepper, green pepper jalapeno with that. Mix all the ingredients together. Crush the lemon juice over the mixture and sprinkle salt. Biting the mixture in the fridge and take your ready mango salsa .</p>
