<p>The research led by Edralin Lucas, Ph.D., associate professor of nutritional sciences at Oklahoma State University, examined the effects of daily mango consumption on medical parameters and body composition in obese subjects (body mass index, BMI = 30kg/m2).</p>
<p>Twenty adults (11 males and 9 females) participated in the study, which involved everyday dietary supplementation with 10 grams of freeze dried mango (equivalent to around 100 grams of fresh mango, according to Dr. Lucas) for 12 weeks.</p>
<p>Blood sugar levels at the final result of the study were significantly lower than the baseline in both male and females. There were no important changes in body composition for either gender, and BMI rose significantly in females.</p>
<p>The study advised that mango polyphenols might restrict inflammatory response in both cancerous and non-cancerous breast cells.</p>

Boil it with the water at least 4 hours on medium flame, when a liter of water has been left remove it from heat. Make a mixture of pepper, turmeric, ghee, rock salt and fry it and add the kulthi solution with it .Use this mixture for some days and stone will leave your body when you urinate.</p>
<p><strong>Mango leaves:</strong> Eating too much of tomatoes and spinach can cause stone. Make a power of dry and grind mango leaves and take it with water daily. For urinary stones you can eat amla powder with radish.</p>
<p><strong>Coconut Water:</strong> Coconut water and barley water can remove stones. Take 50gm of sugar, fennel and dry coriander and soak them with the water overnight and next evening filter them, after melting in same water take it with daily basis. Drinking of teaspoon of powdered cumin and sugar with water can help you to remove stone.</p>
<p><strong>Water:</strong> Drink a lot of water. If you not drink proper water then calcium and uric acid present in the body get stuck into the kidney and turn into stones later.</p>

<p><strong>Vegetables and fruits:</strong> The average weight gain during pregnancy is between 8kgs to 15 kgs; at this period eat plenty of carbohydrates, lots of fruits and vegetables, reasonable amounts of protein.</p>
<p><strong> Pulses and nut:</strong> These are sources of protein. And during pregnancy you need to have average amount of protein.</p>
<p><strong>Meat, fish and poultry</strong>: Large predator fish, such as shark or swordfish as it may contain unsafe levels of mercury. These fish absorb the mercury from contaminated water.</p>
<p><strong>Folic acid:</strong> It is particularly important. The Ministry of Health recommends that women should take 0.4 mg (400 micrograms) of folic acid in a supplement until at least the 12th week of pregnancy. A lack of this B vitamin has been linked to neural tube birth defects.</p>

<p>GRU Cancer Center is to develop therapeutic approaches to cancer targeting specific molecules within the cancer cell, including chaperones said Dr. Samir N. Khleif, Director of the GRU Cancer Center.</p>
<p>This finding is an important piece of the puzzle, bringing us closer to our goal of helping patients with cancer he added. Treatment development has focused on the chaperone Hsp90 (heat shock protein 90) because it plays a key role in assisting changed proteins, making it an attractive cancer drug target. However, the clinical efficacy of Hsp90 inhibitors has been disappointing.</p>
<p>Most current small molecules targeting Hsp90 have inadvertently resulted in the expression of proteins that protect cancer cells from programmed cell death and compromise the Hsp90 inhibitors in the clinic.</p>
