MCD elections result : BJP wins despite congress gains
Result of MCD election 2012 delhi is out and BJP is a clear winner 148 seats in the bag. The party managed to take gain of all going ups and downs of congress party. The one major concern for the BJP is that though party managed to win the elections but still party is in loss of 16 seats compared to last elections of 2007. On the other hand Congress lost MCD election, with all on going hassles in the center. Over all whatever was done by party in the center like price hike of petrol, diesel and other necessary communities paid the price here on election.
Other than BJP it was BSP who lost over all seats. There are also some parties who lost the election but gain overall more seats though Congress is major of them but other party in segment is Indian national lokdal.
