ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court resumed the contempt of court hearing against Prime Minister
A seven judge bench of the Islamabad high court headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk. At the time of hearing the premier’s counsel Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan, said that Prime minister only followed the procedures and did nothing concrete in this regard. what he manged to do is that he only implemented all on theoretical basis. If he will not provide right directions to the people who are low into the hierarchic level than how can he expect fruitful results and he do expect all these without doing something in this regard than it means he is cheating with the peoples of Pakistan.
Ahsan moreover said that only writing the letter would demean the office of the president. Justice Gulzar Ahmed said that if implementation of the legal procedure than law will become only a prank. Further continued that we don’t want all these happen to the people of Pakistan.
